The practice comes with a solid track record of fee growth and an attractive client mix of small businesses and c.185 SMSFs. There is low client concentration risk with the largest client representing c.2% of FY25 fees. Profitability is healthy and there are numerous specific opportunities for further growth and increased profitability. The owners are supported by a longstanding team (a number hold equity) who have good relationships with clients.
