However, these times, rightly construed and framed, can represent opportunities. Opportunities for you while your competitors are languishing in self pity or doubt. Perhaps a chance to search for an edge or angle arising from the negative climate.
Which path will you take?
As a business owner, we can easily be caught up in the daily minutia. The seemingly endless deadlines and crisis, client/customer demands, staff issues, marketing, cash flow management, ... the list goes on.
It is easy to work in the business or just put in the hours, but more difficult to make our practice better or focus on our longer-term objectives. Being strategic and wise takes an effort but may not require massive changes or effort. It's about doing the right thing each and every day rather than kicking that one big goal!
